INDIANAPOLIS (IN) -
After recent years of targeting more out-of-state prospects, it appears that Butler
is stepping up their recruitment of Indiana prospects in the Class of 2015 and beyond.
The Bulldogs picked up a commitment from Class of 2015 guard Sean McDermott last week and now the Bulldogs have set their eyes on another Indiana product at shooting guard in the Class of 2016.
After following Indianapolis (IN) Lawrence Central guard Kyle Guy for months, Butler has finally offered.
Butler joins Purdue, Indiana, and Indiana State on Guy's offer list. Michigan, Louisville, Michigan State, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Stanford, Xavier, and many others continue to pursue the talented Hoosier-State guard.
The 6-foot 3 guard has continued to impress on the AAU circuit this spring for Indiana Elite and has shown he is one of the best shooters in Indiana in the Class of 2016 and is currently ranked as a 3-star prospect.
Guy is the third confirmed guard offer in the Class of 2016. Butler has also offered point guard Payton Pritchard (OR) and C.J. Walker (IN).
Butler is the latest offer for 2016 shooting guard Kyle Guy, Indianapolis (IN) Lawrence Central.
